FAQ
Open Rhythm, set your daily goal, and tap Start Fasting. The home screen shows your live timer and planned finish time.
Reminder and completion alerts are controlled from the app's Settings tab. Make sure notifications are enabled for Rhythm in iOS Settings.
Yes. Completed fasts can be opened from your history so you can review and adjust start or end times if needed.
No. The Rhythm iPhone app does not require an account, does not attach third-party tracking to your fasting history, and stores your fasting data on your device.
