Overview

Rhythm the iPhone app does not collect, transmit, or share personal data. Your fasting data is stored on your device and never sent to a Rhythm account because there is no account system.

Data we collect in the app

We collect no personal data in the Rhythm iPhone app. The app does not require an account, does not use ad tech, and does not attach third-party analytics SDKs to your fasting records.

Data stored on your device

Fasting records, including start times, end times, and your fasting goal, are saved locally using standard iOS storage. This data may be included in your device backups depending on your iOS settings.

Third-party services

The Rhythm iPhone app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services that access your fasting history.

Children's privacy

Rhythm does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Because the app does not collect personal data from any user, this privacy approach applies consistently across the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date so the current app privacy terms stay easy to review.
