Overview
Rhythm does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Your fasting data is stored entirely on your device and never leaves it.
Data we collect
We collect no data. Rhythm does not require an account, does not use analytics services, and does not include any tracking software. The app has no server-side component.
Data stored on your device
Fasting records (start times, end times, and your fasting goal) are saved locally using standard iOS storage. This data is included in your device backups via iCloud or iTunes, as controlled by your own iOS settings.
Third-party services
Rhythm does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services.
Children's privacy
Rhythm does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected from any user, this applies equally to all users.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
